FRT stands for Forced Reset Trigger which is made by Rare Breed Triggers. It installs in the AR-15 rifle, replacing the trigger, hammer, and disconnector. When one fires the gun one pins the trigger to the rear with moderate pressure and as the bolt bolt moves to the rear it forces the trigger forward to reset it and prevents it from moving back again until the moment the bolt locks closed. The pressure already being applied to the trigger then fires the gun again as soon as the bolt closes. This allows it to simulate full-auto fire.
